What is Technical Inventory?

Technical inventory is a set of specific works aimed at measuring a real estate object, determining its composition, features, outlining its technical condition, area, and other significant characteristics over a certain period.
This applies to both completed and unfinished construction objects, whether built unlawfully or legally. Residential and non-residential buildings, constructions of all kinds, and engineering communications—all these are objects that require inventory. The technical inventory of real estate objects concludes with the preparation of documents: the technical passport of the object and the inventory file.

Procedure of Conducting Inventory
The entire procedure of conducting the inventory is carried out by certified specialists—technicians—and has a clear regulation.
We emphasize that the technical passport for real estate is considered a mandatory document and is necessary for full utilization of the property: for concluding a sales contract, division or exchange, and for the possibility of reconstruction and re-planning, among other things. The passport is numbered, bound, and signed by authorized and responsible persons involved in the procedure.
After conducting the technical inventory, it is mandatory for the specialist to enter the information into the Register of Real Estate Objects.
